Brahmayoni Logo

While working at Sierra Club I had the fortune to work with Rahman Saleem, someone who i've remained friends with since we both moved on in our different paths (which happened to ironically lead us both to Camosun College). His wife Stephanie has been working on promoting her Yoga business which is called Brahmayoni (http://brahmayoni.com/). My part to play in all this was to create some of the graphics to be used in promotional materials including web and print.

First i created a vector (digital cutout) image for the logo and then i created some stylings which were used for black and white pamphlets, item tag labels, and digital graphics for the web.

Logo

This is the original graphic i drew on paper to get started:

This eventually became a black and white logo to start with:

I created several iterations of this image until we finally arrived at a lovely sage coloured version.

Web

I created some of the graphics used in the Brahmayoni (http://brahmayoni.com/) website based on ideas that Stephanie came up with, which we worked on developing together.

Print

Stephanie uses these graphics today for her printed materials, flyers and a magnetic banner on the side of her car. I'm very happy to have been a part of this project. It was very fun and i'm pleased that she has seen so many benefits as a result.
